My request has to Do with my Auto Loan. I madea $1000 payment so I would be Caught Up? What does Auto Loan department do? Without my Consent, they themselves put July's Payment ONTO the Priciple Amount Owed. I Made it Clear to the Teller, the $1000 payment is made June 20th Is to Be Placed Onto July As Well. Please Pray My Concern Will BE RESOLVED at the Customer Resolution Level and they Will Indeed Put the $3590 onto July's Payment Which IS IN Line Wirh My Financiak Goals.
